The
plan maintains that you can lose 10 to 15 pounds in 35 days. This diet
claims that the eating one type of food with another (a protein with a
carbohydrate) destroys digestive enzymes and causes weight gain and poor
digestion. Eating foods separately prevents this and causes weight loss
according to this diet.
Can you keep it off on this type of diet?
This is a short term "quick fix" that is unbalanced. Following
this diet long term is not recommended and does emphasize keeping the
weight off.
Positives: Boring and
restrictive food plan may help people to eat less in the beginning. Drawbacks:
Rapid weight loss is accomplished by eating a lot of fruit, which
may cause diarrhea and fluid loss.
